Three years ago, I embarked on a journey with BOVISAJ Face Fitness, and it’s made a tremendous difference in addressing emerging wrinkles and puffiness. I wish I was aware of it during the years where I would fly many hours (or party) and then go straight to a set 😂 By incorporating these easy, daily exercises into my routine, my smile lines, frown lines, and all those little expression marks have softened remarkably. My skin texture has improved drastically. It’s fascinating how the power of our own hands, combined with consistency, can bring such fast and visible results. Join me on the new BOVISAJ platform, that makes over 250 videos and routines available to you anywhere, anytime, through a yearly membership. You can find the link in my bio. Experience looking and feeling your best everyday.
I discovered face fitness with Bovisaj in 2020 and it’s made all the difference in taking care of my face and skin from the passage of time.
Their holistic techniques and routines are available now for us to do anytime, anywhere.
Go check it out at www.bovisaj.com ✨✨

Come state? 😁

Without agency, we’d be leaves adrift in the wind, never choosing our direction. 🍃 How would it feel to never have a say in your own story? Reflect on the power of choice and the freedom to act. What choices have defined your journey? ✨ #SenseOfAgency #PowerOfChoice #SoftSkills #Funtasia
This video is way too long for Instagram attention span and we will post shorter versions soon that will be more pleasing to the Algorithm.
But! I get emotional every single time I watch it- it shows in the words of the beneficiaries themselves, the power of quality education with a focus on social and emotional skills. It shows what is possible when we invest in heart and minds.
The world as we know it can improve if we invest in it mindfully. It can become a place where opportunities are widespread and where we can find collaboration beyond our differences.
I’m so grateful to @sawiris.fsd for our longstanding collaboration on project such as this one, as well as the Swiss Embassy of Egypt who co-founded this project, bringing the #Funtasia teaching and learning methodology to 16 community schools in Assiut, Upper Egypt.
I dedicate this video to our tireless Egyptian team of leaders @niveentorky @tayeb.mourad @aida.gadallah @moutaz_b @eman.barr, you are beacons of light, and also to our beautiful Egypt board members who have helped @funtasiaimpact over the years make a difference @daliaelbatal @maieldib @nadamobarak @oladajani @mennaxamr_ #haniasholkamy #oliviersednaoui.
My focus is developing the capacity of one of our biggest societal resources: TEACHERS. Ensuring the quality of education for our children consistently rises is my goal, creating opportunities for education that improve our relationship with ourselves, the quality of our interactions, and promote a growth and solution-oriented mindset. It’s more than passion; it’s my purpose.
In my eyes, the education of social and emotional skills is the solution, the foundation, the main tool we need to combat systemic inequality and injustice. It’s about learning to truly live and build together, rather than continuing to resort to violence and separation. It’s also about improving our leadership. Consider all the suffering we witness and how that could change. ***Continued in comments
Funtasia™️ educational approach is transforming teaching and learning in 16 community schools in Assiut, Egypt 🇪🇬. Equipping 480 direct and 2160 indirect beneficiaries with life skills that will make a concrete difference in the quality of their self realised lives. @funtasiaegypt @funtasiaimpact in partnership with @sawiris.fsd #SwissEmbassyEgypt.
One game at a time, education can transform into an experience that engages different types of learners and yields concrete results.
These images are from the Funtasia Impact project implemented in 16 community schools in Assiut, Egypt, a collaboration with @sawiris.fsd and the Swiss embassy of Egypt. In this underserved area, challenges like verbal and physical violence, and misinformation about health practices are prevalent.
Through the Funtasia adult training and support to teachers, education in these schools has evolved to be about more than just books and memorisation. It’s about playing, exploring, and truly engaging to achieve actual self-realization.
Watching these images, I’m reminded of my visit to a volunteer-run school in Luxor in the summer of 2011. That experience that was a major turning point for me: I was reminded of the thirst for knowledge in young minds and the dedication of undervalued teachers, who, however, don’t all possess the appropriate, updated and systemic tools. The spark of the idea to bring cutting-edge educational methodologies to Egypt and beyond was ignited then.
Today that dream has grown into a methodology implemented in 5 countries, working to transform the way education is perceived and delivered.
There is still much to do for this project to become a broader, sustainable reality. In this video, watch as children and teachers share the changes Funtasia brought into their lives.
What was a game-changing moment in your education that made you love learning? Looking forward to reading your stories.
The story of a name: Funtasia. ✨
We are born as an international, cross-cultural education organization, focused on improving the quality of education through the strengthening of life skills. Creativity is one of the main tools we use.🖍️
🌎Our research and development work began in Egypt and Italy. We set out to find a name that would carry meaning across various languages. A point of connection, between Germanic languages like English, Latin such as Italian and Spanish, as well as Arabic.
🚀”Fantasia” first appeared thanks to one of our longtime advisers @NadaMobarak. “FAN” فن is Art in Arabic. Fantasia, fantasy, implies the wider term of imagination. It was when we were talking about it with the then-director of @SaveTheChildrenItalia, Valerio Neri, that he said “Oh yes, I like that, like FUN-tasia”. In that instant we knew the name was “born”. The overall process to get to this point took nearly 2 years. Many other names were vetted.
FUNTASIA incapsulates many of our pillars: creativity, imagination and FUN. Having a playful, memorable time is a key ingredient of any truly transformative educational experience. For those whose life has been transformed by Funtasia, it has become an approach to life, a way of thinking.✨
Our Social Enterprise is “Funtasia Enterprise”, to show how it’s possible, within the predominantly capitalistic cultures around the world, to build ethical businesses that bring actual, concrete benefits to the society, as well as profits. Creating products that are needed for our socio-emotional wellbeing, our connection with eachother, whilst generating opportunities for capacity building and employment worldwide.🚀
Our Enterprise CRS program enables disadvantaged young people access to the products and 5% of all the yearly Funtasia Enterprise profits are donated to its’ NonProfit arm Funtasia Impact, to continue making this educational approach available to underserved communities.

As a best selling author and the founder/visionary behind Funtasia, a global education platform with both a non profit @funtasiaimpact and enterprise @funtasia Elisa is devoted to transforming how we think, learn and grow.
I admire how Elisa bravely and gracefully exists in her unique intersectional space – uniting the worlds of fashion, film, business, neuroscience, communication, personal growth, education and philanthropy. Beyond being absolutely stunning (inside and out!), our guest is a deep feeler, critical thinker and fierce leader.
Raised between Europe and Egypt, Elisa started working in fashion and film at age 14 to become financially independent from her artist parents. Her career quickly gained momentum and she became a muse for Karl Lagerfeld and Christian Louboutin, fronted campaigns for Chanel, Armani, Lancome, Roberto Cavalli, was on the covers all the renowned publications Vogue, Elle etc. has appeared in various international films and was named the Godmother of the Venice Film Festival in 2015.
At the peak of her entertainment career – while filming a documentary in Egypt– Elisa realized the potential for change through education. She quickly recognized this was her true life passion and did a full 180 to then dedicate her life to serving others.
The courage it takes to make that kind of move is tremendous.
Elisa reflects on her unconventional life path, including her muli-cultural upbringing, Egyptian ancestry, creative journey, personal growth, surrender, motherhood, and the blend of both European and American influences which have shaped her current approach to family, love, life, and work.
Elisa Shares powerful insights from her recently published book ‘Nessuno può farti star male senza il tuo permesso’ (“Nobody can hurt you without your permission”) and reminds us how important serenity is in the big picture.
We discuss how reprogramming our limiting beliefs & thoughts can transform our reality and how Funtasia offers a holistic approach to education, which is crucial for systemic change and healing.
Thank you Elisa for sharing your light with us 🕯️
