I wish you all wonderful holidays ❤️
Take care of you, those around you, and your loved ones!
For us it’s a christmas as home with 2 girls who can’t get enough of skiing and playing in the snow. And the excitement to wake up on Christmas day!
Merry Christmas from the Forsberg Jornet family 😘
The struggle is real 😂
We got a mountain with a trail where it’s kind of easy to get meters. I mean you still need to power yourself up there but it’s a steep and nice trail.
One harder session I got is;
Warm up
2 x Nesaksla 700 meters ⬆️ ( this trail)
Then finishing with a 10 km flat ish loop.
This is a session I’m happier afterwards 🤪
How does a strong body look like?
For sure different. The world of elithe athleticism can be rough, and sometimes it feels like the health standards is non existent.
Play with this thought;
What if one standards was, when it comes to body functions; that you need to have your period. Not the “fake” contraceptive period.
I don’t know how this could be measured, but isn’t it a interesting thought?
What would happen with health in the competitive field?
Dear June, thank you for the beautiful days ❤️
We spent a lot of time outside, eating, gardening, hiking, playing and sleeping. I also got some really nice longer trainings- well needed as in 2 weeks I will run @eigerultratrail 55 km! ☺️

A closing of a year and a start of another. ❤️
I love fresh starts, and even though every second, minute, hour, day, week, month or season is a good restart, for sure a new year is a big thing.
I promise to work hard, live as accordingly as possible to my values, take care of myself, my loved ones and the ones around. I want to work on my weaknesses and to cherish my strenght.
I want to spend even more time in nature, less time on a screen, and I want to be more present.
I feel incredibly lucky for everything I’ve got, and incredibly sad for the wars going on in the world, all the injustice, all the unsustainable choices the bigger companies and governments do.
Let’s set our intentions to do good ❤️
Thank you all for following along here aswell as my sponsors to believe in me 🫶🏼

Being a part of a team is super powerful if it’s the good match ❤️ if not it can be the opposite.
To be a part of @nnormal_official I feel truly honoured and lucky and I guess also proud over the work I’ve done and still doing to be able to perform at the highest level.
Nnormal is so much more than a new brand, the work the team do to find the best solutions to be as sustainable as possible is remarkable. I see it from the closest distance with @kilianjornet as my husband ❤️
Also Kilian really inspire me to keep working and exploring myself as an athlete, human and environmentalist.
The team inspires me to show up and do the work, and they also understand my vision of trying to reduce travel but still be an international athlete ( tricky thing this 🤪) and also the fact that first and foremost I’m a mother and my girls will always and forever come first.
These are some glimpses from the year. And my appreciation to be a part of the Nnormal community!
Also a thank you for the footwear department to help me with my troublesome 🦶🏻!

Wich colour do you like the most? 🌈
I love to save the different colours we got over the years on our @moonvalley.me organic cotton hoodies, but I’m also a big fan of second hand and love to change a little.
But here I want to give you one hoodie of your favourite colour ( very sparesly used 😉) and some bars to a friend of yours that don’t know about the yummie bars we create ❤️ So tag a friend, choose a colour and on sunday I make the drawing of the winner 🥳
Ps; size M on pink and yellow, S on the rest.
How do you become a stronger runner?
I believe in challenge yourself, find out your weaknesses and work on them. ( This can very well be applied on everything else in life too 😉)
It’s not easy but it will make you stronger.
For sure, mix it in with tour favourite sessions and some good rest.
I challenge myself with flat running!
What is challenging for you?

In a world increasingly conscious of environmental impact, addressing and minimizing our carbon footprint has become a crucial step towards a sustainable future. My personal carbon footprint 2023 was 7.4. Higher than 2018, 2019,2020,2021 and 2022.
I think we all know the basics; Reducing energy consumption at home, opting for eco-friendly transportation, less big travels, less consumptions, embracing a plant-based diet. Those are just a few steps taken to mitigate my environmental impact. Small, consistent changes contribute to a significant reduction over time.
Exploring alternative energy sources, such as solar or wind power, is another avenue for those looking to make a substantial impact. Investing in renewable technologies not only lessens reliance on fossil fuels but also sets the stage for a greener, more sustainable future.
Engaging in community initiatives and supporting eco-conscious businesses further amplifies the collective effort towards sustainability. By choosing products with minimal packaging, promoting local produce, and participating in environmental advocacy, we actively contribute to the global push for a healthier planet.
Monitoring and assessing personal progress regularly is crucial. Utilizing carbon footprint calculators, like the one that initially measured my impact, allows for ongoing adjustments and improvements. Embracing a sustainable lifestyle is an evolving process, and the journey towards a reduced carbon footprint is as important as the destination.
In conclusion, the pursuit of sustainability is a shared responsibility. A carbon footprint of 7.4 is not an endpoint but a starting point for positive change. Through mindful choices and continuous effort, we can collectively forge a path towards a more sustainable and resilient world.

I feel like we don’t talk about the benefits of cross-training enough! It’s easy to get caught up in running mileage, but for me, I have always used the winter months to focus on SkiMo and other cross-training activities to supplement my training. I reduce my running volume by nearly 60%, but I’m able to increase the volume of activity with SkiMo sessions up to 6 hours. By reducing the impact on my body, I feel fresh and strong going into the spring racing season, and I have a great aerobic base.
I collaborated with @corosglobal on this in-depth blog post about my cross-training. You can see how I build my base fitness during this season and maintain strength. I also created a strength workout you can download in the COROS app and start on your watch. Tap the link in my bio to read more and download the workout. Excited to share this with you!
