Eva Marisol Gutowski Instagram - 2023- What a YEAR. The first year living with diagnosed ADHD and OCD. It’s not a big deal living with those things, but i did learn that I was holding myself back MUCH more than I’d realized. Trying to solve all my problems neurotypically led me to constantly being disappointed in myself. Anyways fuck that shit. I approached this entire year with giving myself grace, going with the flow, knowing who i am and trying things in a totally new way. This was the best year of my life since like 2019 😂 I can’t wait to see what 2024 has to offer for everyone, i feel like the vibes are really good. My only piece of advice is PRIORITIZE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH. I don’t care if you have a billion dollars, a million followers or 100 friends- nothing matters if you’re not fulfilled on the inside. ❤️
