Fearne Cotton Instagram – The pure magic of finding ammonites. I found this beauty on the south coast last week. Picked up a flat sheet of rock, cracked it open and it somehow landed in two perfect halves with this in the middle. Not only is it a beautiful treat to find one but also a good leveller. It could very well be an imprint from millions of years ago. A creature that thrived then died during a period of time so long ago I cant get my head around it. This always gives me perspective. We are here for a tiny fraction of time so we might as well lean into the good and simple things, and not sweat the small stuff. When I’m in a spin of anxiety I have to think big like this.
