Fearne Cotton Instagram – A week where… 🟢 @michkeegan and I talked ‘happy hermits’ on the @happyplaceofficial Podcast. 🟢Frank settled into his new home. It’s one week since we picked him up from @themayhew and he is one happy boy. The integration with Simon has gone so well too. They are play fighting and hanging out quite happily. I’m so relieved. 🟢I made an old @jamieoliver birthday cake recipe which was much enjoyed. 🟢I realised the older I get the more uncomfortable I’m finding it to put myself out there. My little insta feed feels safe to an extent as you’ve made a choice to follow me, but this week I stepped into other peoples spaces; TV and radio shows where Im open to all sorts of judgement. It’s interesting to poke around in that discomfort and wonder why collectively we often feel we need to be liked by everyone to be ok. Im up for challenging that one in the name of mental peace.
