Fearne Cotton Instagram – I think I’ve had FOMO twice, maybe three times. Once was when @therollingstones headlined Glastonbury and our whole family went to watch but Rex was only four months old and I didn’t feel I could deal with breast feeding in the middle of a field surrounded by people. I couldn’t even watch it on the TV as I was so gutted not to be there. The other two I can’t recall but I’m sure they existed. I guess because my job is extremely social and I’m naturally a bit of an introvert, I prefer the safety of home. I’ve also had a very strange, intense and mind boggling roller-coaster of a life since my young teen years due to starting work so young, so need retreat and quiet these days. I’m glad I’m not the only one. It was a joy to cover this subject on the @happyplaceofficial podcast this week with @michkeegan So although I know I need to keep an eye on my hermit like tendencies, I’m also much more aware these days of my social limits.
