I’m wearing size 14-18 so even if I flucate (which is totally normal and ok) these jeans are gonna work with my changing body not against it. I have been mourning a lot of my old cute clothes not fitting so I’m excited to have these as a reminder it’s ok if you gain weight (or lose weight) your body is your home and it’s so much more than just a size or label 💕

walking into 2024 with new energy and gratitude for another year. Last year was not what I had envisioned for many reasons but lessons were learned and my relationships were strengthened. This year the relationship I really want to get back to prioritising is the one with myself and when we talk about health it’s not about weight loss, but about finding way to take care of myself outside of just working till I’m burn out and not having enough to then give to my family. So really my words for 2024 are self devotion and balance.
