“I love this beautifully talented, gorgeous live wire of a woman! Watching her performing her music is akin to experiencing an Iggy Pop concert in the late 70’s. I had been scouting around this boxing ring for another shoot when I popped upstairs to check out the space. I thought it was so old school, legit and cool! Then I got the call from Roger Gastman of Swindle Magazine to photograph Juliette for a cover and I thought boxing seemed fit for an interesting scene to shoot the energized actress and starlet. Juliette has always been nothing but lovely to me and everyone around her. I remember she took me to see U2 everywhere we went people wanted to say hi and meet her. She handled it all so lovingly and she said “If I can spread a little sunshine to someone’s day, then why not? that’s my gift.” I was like, wow, we all need to adopt this sentiment” ///- from @piperferguson ‘s amazing new book INDIE SCENE 🫶⚡️
