dopo averli puliti dalle foglie esterne si condiscono con olio aglio peperoncino sale e si infornano a 200 gradi ler circa un oretta.

After cleaning them from the outer leaves they are seased with oil garlic chilli salt and baked at 200 degrees ler about an hour.
