This year in the first time ever that I don’t spend the NYE home, and for some it might sound a bit dramatic, but in my hometown is where I feel closest to myself, to my essence, and being a ritualistic person, it has helped me to keep sane in a life of constant inconsistency, so that ritual of being home was a good one. So here is the first thing I learned this year , even unwelcome change can be positive, and I say this sitting at a beautiful beach at a new location that I have never seen before, what turned out to be a great outcome of waiting a better time to go to Brazil. For that, I am grateful. It was a year of choices, which being such a rational is hard, there’s always something to loose, but the second thing I learned was, dealing with our choices is growth, even when it seems that those choices led you to a path you didn’t want, for that I am grateful. The third thing is very clear already, and if you made this far you probably noticed, I am grateful for you and your time, and for me and the collective of experiences that formed me, and the people I encountered, I don’t think I have ever been so thankful for my life like I am today.
