Mayim Bialik Instagram – Sunday January 14, 2024 marks 100 days since October 7th, when Hersh Goldberg-Polin and hundreds of other hostages were abducted by Hamas. Every morning since, Hersh’s mother Rachel Goldberg places a piece of masking tape with the number of days since he was taken hostage on her shirt. Rachel has chosen to wear this number as a marker, rather than a photo of Hersh, as the photo remains static but the number continues to grow. Rachel is asking for the world to join her in solidarity and to spread awareness on January 14th as she marks day 100 to help continue to raise awareness that over 130 hostages are still suffering in captivity and must be immediately released. To take part in the “Hostages on the Heart” campaign, all you need is masking tape and a black marker. Write the number 100, and place it on your shirt over your heart. Take a picture, post it and tag: #Bring_Hersh_Home #BringThemHomeNow Ask friends, colleagues, family members, congregants, members, neighbors and your community groups to do the same – tape it and post it! Please join us as we continue to work to bring Hersh and all of the remaining hostages home now. @bring.hersh.home
