Meredith Eaton Instagram – We lost him four years ago today, and if I sit quietly for even 30 seconds with that reality… well I just cry. My dad was the most positive person I have ever known. Despite all that life threw at him, and he got thrown many curveballs, the smile you see in this photo is the smile that was almost always present. He was a teddy bear of a man, with the cutest laugh you ever heard, and he was a sports fanatic. He held season tickets to both the Yankees and the Mets, but the best were the Knick games with him at the Garden. He would walk with his forearm crutches up loads of stairs, just for the best view in the place. I recognize how lucky I was to have him as my dad. I miss him so much.
