Sabrina Bryan Instagram – It’s coming up on 7 months postpartum for this girl! This is the point where the hair has fallen out (starting to grow back-insert ugly and uncontrollable fuzzies 😑) the body feels like it should be back to normal and it’s not, and your brain is telling you you should have it all together by now…spoiler alert…that is BS! With both babies this is the time during postpartum (6-7 months) where I have been hardest on myself. This time I caught myself and am doing a mind reset! I’m so lucky to have wonderful women that surround me with love and support, they remind me of all things that I AM and to give myself grace for the things I am still working on!
