F*ck dat. 🦄 (og hvis vi har fått lov til å ta plass hjemme så får vi ofte høre det ute i verden om vi «bryter reglene»!😶) På tide å slutte å unnskylde deg eller be om tillatelse til å ta den plassen du skal. End of story. Uten å måtte mobilisere via sinne, og med den største selvfølgelighet.💁♀️ Enkle ting, som hvordan vi står og går gir kraftfull feedback til både oss selv og omgivelsene om at «the eagle has landed».🦅 Jeg har alltid vært høy og kjent på både et ønske om å gjemme meg og fått mye sleivete kommentarer og snåle forventninger om hvem og hva jeg er basert på størrelsen min. I unge år prøvde jeg ofte å gjøre meg mindre, inntil jeg skjønte at jeg 1: virket bare ENDA høyere når jeg lutet meg ned 😂 og 2: jeg ble drittlei av å gjøre meg mindre enn jeg faktisk var (1.80cm). 💃 Mange kvinner er i den andre enden av skalaen og er små av vekst, men prøver likefullt å ta enda mindre plass. HVOR DUMT ÆKKE DET?! 😳 Ergo handler det ikke alltid så mye om fysisk størrelse, som en kulturell forventning til på hvilken måte og når vi skal ta plass. En indre, internalisert tvil rundt OM det er ok å ta opp plass overhodet. For noe tull!☝🏻️ Og skal jeg si deg noe rart? Det å prøve å ta lite plass tar faktisk MER plass, «støyer» mer og krever mer av både deg selv og omgivelsene, enn om du fyller plassen din med hele deg. Øvelse gjør mester!✨ Det handler om kongruens og å utstråle trygghet. Og fortelle både deg selv og verden at «her er jeg, og dette er min naturlige plass». Intet mindre. 😜 Men som jeg viser deg, så kan du faktisk gi deg selv litt større trygghet ved å jobbe utenfra og inn: Bare ved å ✅ rette deg opp i ryggen ✅puste rolig ned i magen ✅snakke bittelitt høyere (og gjerne litt saktere enn du pleier) med god støtte vil gi deg en bekreftelse på at du EIER plassen din og at du har noe der å gjøre. 🔥 DU er din egen Ride or die!⚡️ Klem fra Søs💙 Var dette nyttig? Jeg er intet unntak! Jeg vet hvordan det føles, og jeg er der støtt og stadig selv. Men jeg har funnet en slags vei i vellinga, (woohooo!) og det er å lirke meg fram til handling selv om jeg er redd. 🙏🏻Som å poste denne, feks! 😃 Ved å minne meg selv på hvorfor det er viktig for meg og hva som venter på meg i andre enden av noiaen bygger jeg opp mot til å gå til action og opplever en annen, modigere meg! 😨👉🏻💃 Så min oppfordring til deg om du kjenner på det samme, er: •Vær modig i små porsjoner! Av og til er det bare noen sekunders mot som må mobiliseres for å bryte muren. Ta små museskritt selv om du er redd, og minn deg selv på hvem du vil være og hvorfor det er viktig for deg å gjøre/si akkurat dette. 🤔 Det kan føles som at du setter deg i en sårbar posisjon, men i virkeligheten bygger du styrke! Mange sånne små barrierer som brytes blir til mot og handling over tid. ⚡️ •Allier deg med noen som er glad i deg og tror på deg, og len deg på disse om det trengs! ❤️ Vi trenger gode folk rundt oss, og kanskje spesielt da. Du har alt å vinne på å være DEG og gå for ting du tror på. Du skal ikke være redd for å være klisjé, vær heller redd for å angre på at du ikke gjorde ting av redsel for hva andre vil si osv! Det/ de du «taper» ved å være den du er, er kanskje noe/n du SKAL gi slipp på? 🙏🏻 Sjakktrekket er altså å øve seg på å være modig i små porsjoner og å våge å handle selv om du er redd. Det er ikke lett, når kropp og hode stritter imot, jeg vet! Nervesystemet vårt vil aller helst at vi skal være trygge og ikke gå altfor langt utenfor komfortsonen, men ved å øve opp denne toleransen over tid blir vi råere og råere på å gjøre ting som fører oss fremover og i vekst uten av vi tror vi skal omkomme av frykt.😂 Men du? Vær snill med deg selv og vit at det er en prosess. Og det er lov å ta pauser underveis! ♥️ Det vi øver på blir vi bedre på, og kanskje må vi også øve på å tørre å være oss selv innimellom. Happy New Year to everyone! 🎉 I hope 2024 will be more peaceful and prosperous than 2023 on so many levels. Personally I was SO ready to wave goodbye to 2023, having learned the hard way about starting a business, struggling to hear my own, tiny voice in a head that was totally overwhelmed by implementing new stuff, getting rid of perfectionism and really learning to empathize with, and loving myself. 2024 will be a year of PLAYING more, LOVING more, CONNECTING more with others in a genuine way. 🥰 This also means I will also speak my native language more often – Norwegian-on this platform. I will do more of what feels good for me and what serves me best. 🎉! It feels great! I hope I can inspire you to do more of what feels right for YOU, regardless of external & internal expectations. We can only live life from the inside, so we better do what feels good for us as individuals.😍 May we all experience new levels of connection, kindness and hope in 2024. New levels of YOU! 🏆 I may be naive, but I believe in the GOOD in each and every one of us. The best way to stay consistent is to do it YOUR WAY!♥️ You can mobilize for a certain amount of time, but after a while you usually fall back into old patterns- UNLESS you do it the baby step way AND tailor the activity to fit your life! ⚡️ -No need to morph into some super version of yourself; rather expand your idea of what consistency needs to look like. It can be small, it can be messy, it can be something only YOU do. 🤡 Me, I’m still goofy when I train – if I feel like it- because my brain is wired that way. 🤪 I still get my reps in, WHILE having more fun and being 100% me. (Oh, and I just recently discovered how to use my lifting belt properly , but it never stopped me from using it consistently for YEARS! 😂) Take a look at your relationship with consistency around things that matter to you. Do you manage to you stay loyal to your badass self, AND be consistent? If not, I challenge you to evolve your thinking around consistency so you don’t fall into this trap : «I SHOULD and I WILL be doing this and this, once I have the time/money/opportunity.» The truth is you need to actually do the opposite: Use what you’ve got and carve out possibilities from there based on your current situation and preferences. Oh, my friend… I am angry. Sad. Numb. How dare they do this to our children? They need cease fire RIGHT NOW, ON BOTH SIDES. ❌ Yes, and bring those poor hostages back to their families! I am with all of those victims! Yes! I am THAT idealistic, because I believe in humanity, STILL! This is not a discussion of who is right, who is wrong anymore; we’re waaay past that. When we dehumanize another person or people , or quietly look away, – we dehumanize ourselves. I will not allow it to do that to me. The violence needs to stop, for the sake of our humanity. On both sides. What is left of us, then; if we quietly witness such barbarism? Use your voice, my friend. No matter how big your audience. NOW is the time to be brave, and speak up for what is RIGHT. Killing is NEVER RIGHT. Just doing SOMETHING at least allows me to express what’s on my heart, and hopefully lift me out of this feeling of numbness : I love all of you. Please stop this madness. 🙏 Being alive, in a human flesh suit, IS a political act in itself. We cannot hide behind “I don’t do politics “ or “I don’t know which side to choose“. 🤷🏼♀️ There is no “side” here. Not anymore. My dear friend!❤️ I understand if you feel helpless, sad, angry. I do, too. There is so much suffering right now, and it IS hard to witness and navigate. You have the right to be angry, sad, afraid, frustrated, numbed out, feel an urge to distance yourself or hide. All of it is just you being human. The trick is to navigate THROUGH these states and into action/clarity/awareness. Are you feeling any of these? “Should I just carry on with my life as usual; I can’t do anything about it anyway? “🙄 (confusion, guilt) “I feel helpless, and my life is a total mess, too. Might as well just close my eyes. “🫣 (helplessness, distancing ) “Why is nobody doing anything?! How can I help? Who can I help? Help! “🤯(distress, anger, frustration ) “I want to speak up, but I’m afraid of the consequences/ I don’t know enough to say anything .” 🤐 (fear) and probably many more. All of it a part of the human experience.❤️ There are many ways to deal with what is going on right now, and there is not ONE “correct” way of dealing with it, IMO. I am not diving into the political aspects here, but ways of navigating through stressful times. These ARE guidelines that come from universal LOVE and COMPASSION❤️

❗️3 WAYS TO CONSISTENCY❗️ 1️⃣SIMPLIFY- Make a SIMPLE plan that is doable and YOU-able. If you find it hard to do yourself, invest in help from someone who is so good at what they do that they master the art of simplicity. What is easy to repeat is easy to sustain. Simple does NOT equal LESS if done properly and thoughtfully. A simple plan you can actually implement over time conquers any “perfect “ plan you don’t do. 💥 2️⃣ TAILOR IT TO FIT YOU – Even if it’s simple you won’t follow through if it is not aligned with who you are, what your days look like or what you want deep down. Make sure it is tailored around you and don’t be so afraid of doing it differently than others. Unfollow ideas and people that make you feel like trash, follow your attraction to what lights you up. Start navigating from within and see how much easier it is to follow through!👩🏻🎤 3️⃣ ADJUST YOUR EXPECTATIONS- By broadening your perspective and expecting setbacks you will develop a better understanding of what is needed to stay consistent. You will also develop a resilience towards life’s curveballs since you already baked it in and thought of ways to deal with it in advance. Sh*t WILL hit the fan. Life WILL happen. It’s not always easy to prepare for everything, but you should at least include the possibility of something happening that will steal your focus. If your plan is simple enough you will more easily adjust and adapt. Rephrase “I FELL OFF”” to: “ I had a minor setback, I’ll just get back up. No biggie”. Consistency is all about doing the baby steps for a long enough time to create a habit, a behavior, and finally an identity around the few things that matter to you. La dette svelle i minimum 10 min (gjerne lengre). Rør rundt etter ca 1 min, så du får blandet inn vannet. Når den er tyknet, tilsett kefir eller plantebasert yoghurt. Rør rundt. The present you is all it takes. ❤️ In mental training we often use visualization as a tool to work towards goals, and the self realization industry often use the term “future self”. It can be a powerful way to motivate yourself, to envision yourself and things that you can achieve and experience. It also lets you tap into wanted emotions and allows you to get a sneak peak of a reverse engineered life you want. It also allows our brain to form new patterns that will help us find new ways to create what we want more of. This can be very powerful when used right and within a fairly realistic framework. But it can also create the false impression that you are not good enough as you are, here and now. Or that your’e not working hard enough when in reality you set the bar too high and need to adjust your expectations or goal. Or that your power to live your life to the fullest is out of reach. It’s not. It’s within you at all times. Know that the most POWERFUL moment is right there and now. 💪🏻 YOU, in this very moment, are powerful! 💥👩🏻🎤 So when I say there is no ideal version of you wanting to be expressed, I want you to understand that any version of you is WITH you at all times. It’s no magic; it’s YOU being present, putting in the work every baby step of the way. It’s you being able to be present and create the feelings and actions you want more of in your life. Maybe you think that “if only I get *this* then I’ll be happier”. Then ask yourself , is it the thing you long for, or is it the EMOTION you think it will produce? Know that you already have the ability to produce the emotions you want more of, and you have the ability to create good things for yourself. It only takes you being YOU, carving out a few moments here and there🐒❤️ -Just to breathe and be present with yourself, closing your eyes and getting centered for just a moment can flip your day around from “stressful” or “bad” to “nice” or “frickin’ aaaaawesome”! 🤩 -Simple is good!🐥Simple is easy to repeat and practice. Simple is easy to sustain and succeed. Simple is what makes GREAT. -We need to actually PRACTICE being kinder to ourselves just like we practice other skills. (Yes, it’s a skill, not a trait!❤️) -For many of us it is not something our mothers and fathers or caregivers were good at. Maybe we even were taught it is selfish? 🥹 It could be that you still think so. Or maybe you now know that it was probably because THEY didn’t know how to do it and felt guilty and selfish taking care of themselves. Maybe they didn’t know how to teach you to take good care of yourself. Quite ironic (and sad), since this is what every parent or caregiver wants for their child! ❤️ So we must practice. They are often referred to as the body’s natural “feel-good” chemicals, hell yesss they are! 🥳 During hill sprints (never mind the fact that you at some point feel like you’re about to die from exhaustion 🥵), the effort and intensity trigger the release of endorphins in response to the stress you’re putting on your body. 🏃♀️ Endorphins “speak” with receptors in your brain, reducing your perception of pain and promote a sense of well-being, and some times euphoria. This is often what we call the “runner’s high,” where you get a rush of happy emotions 🥰 Doing hill sprints regularly can lead to more frequent releases of endorphins = a sustained improvement in your mood over time! What’s not to love about hill sprints?!🤪 Totally free, natural and…well… kind of brutal. But they’re SO worth it! 1: Find a hill or a stretch of a hill that suits your fitness level 2: Run up that damn hill 3: Walk briskly or jog down 4: Repeat 3-5-10 times, depending on your fitness level and the length of the sprint I did 10 sprints, and left a 🌿at the bottom of the hill for each sprint !💃 🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿 I’m curious: Will you try hill sprints?
