I am angry.
Sad.
Numb.
How dare they do this to our children?
They need cease fire RIGHT NOW, ON BOTH SIDES. ❌ Yes, and bring those poor hostages back to their families!
I am with all of those victims! Yes! I am THAT idealistic, because I believe in humanity, STILL!
This is not a discussion of who is right, who is wrong anymore; we’re waaay past that.
When we dehumanize another person or people , or quietly look away, – we dehumanize ourselves.
I will not allow it to do that to me.
The violence needs to stop, for the sake of our humanity. On both sides.
What is left of us, then; if we quietly witness such barbarism?
Use your voice, my friend.
No matter how big your audience.
NOW is the time to be brave, and speak up for what is RIGHT. Killing is NEVER RIGHT.
Just doing SOMETHING at least allows me to express what’s on my heart, and hopefully lift me out of this feeling of numbness :

Being alive, in a human flesh suit, IS a political act in itself.
We cannot hide behind “I don’t do politics “ or “I don’t know which side to choose“. 🤷🏼♀️
There is no “side” here. Not anymore.
There is ONE humanity, and all children are our children. 💔
Being quiet is not an option anymore, not to me.

Note: I will not allow this post to be flooded with “what about this what about that”. How hard can it be to see that no one can argue their way out of barbarism on either sides? ONE MURDER DOES NOT JUSTIFY ANOTHER.
