No lights for Christmas, no problem. From an outdoor dinner set up to a storm and brownout the whole night, we still had fun and made it memorable!

4 ingredient argentine cake. So easy you can do this and suck in the kitchen lol. The original recipe is done with creamcheese, dulce de leche, coffee and chocolinas cookies. But since it was for Tili’s birthday, I substituted the coffee with chocolate milk, and changed the cream cheese with fresh cream for a “lighter” version. Also decided to mix up the 2 versions of Chocolinas ( light and dark), and added walnuts and choco balls.
The challenge now would be doing this in manila as Chocolinas is known only to Argentina. Its a cookie that taste to me like a mix between the oreo cookie and graham cracker ( any suggestions?). If you cant find dulce de leche already made, you can slow boil condensed milk. For the chocate milk powder I used El Quilla ( the local milo/ nesquick).
I am honestly not a fan of dulce de leche, but when its mixed to cream, its just wow. This desert is a must try for sure. #FeelingArgentinian
