Somaline Ang Instagram – Hello 2024 ❤️‍🔥
I went for a social media break for a week for the first time, and this is what i realised!!!

1. I had a longer day. After i woke up, within 30 mins, i had washed up, cooked and ate breakfast, watered my plants, and fed my cats.

Normally, when I wake up, i would use my phone for about 1-2 hours. Until I felt hungry, then i would get up and make some food. During the day when I’m bored, i will keep scrolling my phone too, and before i sleep, I will use it for another 1-2 hours. How time-consuming is it!?

2. I get all the things done. With plenty of time, I used this time to do some housework, read the books that i couldn’t finish, and also exercise.

3. I felt less negatively!

I think I should do this more often 😌💆‍♀️
