Béla Fleck Instagram – Rhapsody in Blue is out today!! My homage to the legendary composer George Gershwin is out today, 100 years to the day that he premiered the piece at Aeolian Hall in New York City.
My wish is that Gershwin might have loved this music, that he might have thought, “Hmmm, this is not what I expected, but the musicians certainly brought something different to it.”
