Brian Patrick Flynn Instagram – When I was little, my dad would drive me around on weekend mornings blasting Linda Ronstadt, Heart, Debbie Harry, Steely Dan, Fleetwood Mac, Jackson Browne, Juice Newton and Carly Simon between listings as a real estate agent. That’s where my affinity for powerful women songwriters began, and also likely where my love of the Grammys started. Aside from 2019, I cannot think of another year for which I was so inspired by so many albums [i.e. Golden Hour, By the Way I Forgive You], and tonight’s big event is packed with so many amazing options, it’s virtually impossible to pick a favorite, so I just hope everybody has fun.
