For example: that time my EP, Alyssa, created a fake “family lunch meeting” for our winner Karey at her favorite Prairie Village, KS restaurant in which I was a pretend judge on a pretend food show and actually got away with it all because of my Clark Kent glasses. To make it even more complex, we needed Karey to then call and convince her husband to leave work and come to the impromptu “family meeting” on speaker phone. He arrived totally on edge [as I would be], and seconds later they were all crying when they found out they won the Warren, Vermont ski cabin. I still cannot believe this is my job!
