Despite his turn as Conrad Fisher, one-third of The Summer I Turned Pretty’s complicated love triangle, and more recently, Aaron Samuels, the hottie behind classic one-liners like “grool” and October 3rd in the upcoming Mean Girls reboot, his life in New York is surprisingly normal — he has roommates, goes to the laundromat, and you might even spot him on the subway wearing noise-canceling headphones. And he doesn’t feel sexy with his hair pushed back: “I get so self-conscious about my forehead sometimes.”

There was a lot of this project that was attractive. I mean, the story is undeniably iconic–Tina Fey is the driving force behind it! I think what may have always been the most exciting draw was just being a part of something that has all this talent behind it.
