I was saddened to hear the news this morning. Along with the world, I will miss Carl. He was a great actor, a terrific athlete and a good friend. I cherish many special memories of Carl, both professionally and personally. Like Apollo Creed, he had that special charm that always brought a smile to your face. 🙏

Can only walk for 2 weeks after my sinus procedure. Starting at 30 min almost flat. Planning to go to 1 hr at higher speed and increased incline. Gotta have that plan going forward! 👊
With my two trainers 👊 I’ve found that most important thing after any surgery is to determine how to combine rest with activity. The body needs to stay active to heal. So I try to use any opportunity to move, workout or stretch. Right now I’m combining upper body strength training with body weight Pilates for core and abs.

You should try ‘I AM AFFIRMATIONS’ – I listen to them every night before going to sleep. A simple YouTube search will find them. Saying these affirmations out loud, I don’t feel I need as much meditation or therapy. Basically you declare and manifest all your positive values to yourself. It will clear a solid path ahead for your upcoming beautiful and special day. 🙏👊

These Swedish special forces soldiers have to spend thousands of dollars to buy their own equipment- including warm jackets to fight the bitter cold. The Swedish military is in complete crises after 8 years under Defense Minister Mr. Hultqvist, a man who never did his military service. He was a conscientious objector, back in the time where every man, including me had to serve his country. Nice choice to run the armed forces! 🇸🇪
Doing sound work on EX 4. I’m glad I could bring Gunner back, even though I was struggling last fall in London shooting both EX4 and Aquaman at the same time. Hopefully the hard work will pay off. EX4 is out in theaters next September. 👊
Sweden is a beautiful country and the previous generations created an extremely safe and prosperous society. This all started changing 30 years ago, when the strong leaders of the past were replaced with people lacking the inner strength to move Sweden into the new Millennium. For example, ex prime minister Stefan Lofven. He left behind 150-250% more Covid dead than Sweden’s neighbors. The weakest military since World War II and 344 gang shootings in 2021. The country I love deserves a change. And definitely better leaders! 👊 🇸🇪
The latest development in Swedish gang crime is to use teenagers as assassins. Four shootings in a week in one town, another murder in another town. All by 16-17 year olds. Then finally 3 teenagers were caught for planted a bomb in the middle of Stockholm, right by the restaurant where I was planning to have family event next year. No politician has said a word. Do I have to bring in the EXPENDABLES? 👊
