Tāme Iti. What a privilege to meet this man and have him on the show. He made such a huge impact in such a short time. It was a pleasure to meet someone with so much mana, held in such a strong yet humble way. After Tāme decided to leave I had the honour of sitting with him for a few hours, hearing stories from his life. How great to meet the man kanohi ki te kanohi to see his true self and not a headline or a skewed media interpretation. Been lucky in my career this far and this was definitely a highlight.

Theatre and live performance are the reasons I fell in love with acting. Before leaving drama school I knew nothing else. I haven’t done theatre in about 8 years but that’s all about to change baby!
