Melbourne! Dubai’s @orfalibros_bistro are coming to @maharestaurant for the @melbfoodandwine – and you are in for a treat. @m.orfali took us through some of greatest hits ! That corn bomb with grated Parmesan, parfait with hazelnut and quince vinegar and caviar stack were great. Loved the dense Aleppo-style salad and that crazy good black sesame and yuzu desert which was a revelation!

That burnt onion dosa filled lobster masala and the signature lamb with morels with curry leaves (which I devoured before I took the shot!) were mighty highlights!!! The perfect way to wind down after a big day for @conoshofficial at @tasteofdubai .
So much fun working with @conoshofficial at the @tasteofdubai doing a big series of sell-out, hands-on cooking classes, catching up with new friends ( the very lovely @jose_pizarro ) and old ( the legend that is @chefvineet first Indian chef to ever win a Michelin star) and working with the students from @iccadubai_iccaabudhabi . The perfect wrap for our time in Dubai! A relentless pacy attack of flavour, pleasure and beats at @streetxo.dubai – and so much fun!
