Following the unfortunate knee injury that ended his most recent fight vs Mateusz Gamrot at UFC Vegas 79 in September, Rafael had a successful surgery and is now on the road back to full health.
While rehabilitating his knee, Rafael is now back coaching in our Kickboxing classes, which run at 10:30am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. These classes focus on striking setups, combinations and counters that can be used effectively in both stand up combat sports and MMA competition. Whatever your level of experience and martial arts background, come join a class and level up your striking with us!
