Im frigging knackered. I’m trying to do something worky-out every day and I’ve started to do weights again.
I’ve walked down a mountain the last 4 days in a row too …I go up on the cable car and briskly walk down …I have the frame of a rugby player and already, because of the weights my arms have ballooned and a suit, I put on for valentines evening felt too snug around the shoulders, uncomfortable in fact. I don’t like that. I wanna be all heroin chic but that ship has passed. And a Cruise liner with an all-inclusive buffet has now taken its place. Oh well.

playing with the lights. And that reminded me, for a bit of the day, one of the lights was flickering and it was very annoying. Im pretty firmly thinking there’s a more earthly explanation for these bathroom goings-on. But you never know.
In other news, I took some Melatonin to sleep the other night and its really knocked me about for 48 hrs. The day after, I had a hangover-type feeling and then yesterday I was heavily depressed and really really sensitive. I just wanted to cry. It’s not supposed to do that but it does with me for some reason. It works great for other people. Rest assured im on top form now. Oh and the dreams were
MENTAL.Like a fever dream. Anyway, i digress.

Im watching a reality TV show right now. Me and Ayda are addicted to them in general. Now obviously the drama And the conflict *which I love* is manufactured nearly a 100% of the time. My question is. Do you think that putting people in those sorts of pressurised situations will be allowed to carry on forever? I mean, in this day and age with ‘’Mental health’’ being a priority and all that.How long until the penny drops and the axe swings for the TV companies? I ask this half-hoping never. But also at the same time, I do recognise how toxic it must be for the participants.
So Pink went through but it’s a testament to Gary and his character that he got nearly 40% of the vote on a Robbie Williams site. I can only imagine what my result would be if he did this on his and had me as one of the prospects.🫣Just for the record Gaz would have my vote.
