As this year winds down, I’m taking a moment to reflect on the journey. ‘Peaks and Valleys’ by Spencer Johnson taught me a vital lesson: managing the highs is just as crucial as navigating the lows. This year, I learned the hard way. But I’ve realized it had to be that way. I launched to the peaks, only to find myself lost in the valleys at times. But it’s in these moments of descent that the most profound lessons are learned. I take full accountability for the missteps and embrace them as stepping stones to wisdom. As I step into 2024, I carry with me this invaluable lesson: Every peak has its valley, and every valley, a lesson to be learned. Now on to the next mountain we go
The power of writing has been documented since the beginning of time. The ability to shift your reality through the power of writing. Whether I am writing a script, book, or a newsletter. Language matters. Write the vision an make it plain, see it, believe it because it’s there. Journaling has helped me in amazing ways to sort through difficult thoughts and empty my mind. Allowing me to organize the chaos that resistance can stir up in our brains. Doing less scrolling and more painting my words on paper is something I’m really enjoying.
