Shea Couleé Instagram – Felt inspired to share this today. The picture on the left is from 5 years ago, and the picture on the right is from yesterday. I remember taking the first picture and that day feeling like it was actually a good skin day for me. My complexion for a long time has been one of my biggest insecurities. Cystic acne followed by issues with discoloration and texture really made it difficult for me to navigate the world with confidence. 5 years later there is obviously much improvement, and I’m so thankful for the journey that I’ve gone through to get here. There’s never just one fix for anything. It’s a learning process because everyone’s skin is different, and patience is key.
