Now Warden Sherri Saulsberry has instructed bargaining Union Members to tind my Dad guilty and give sanctions. Warden Saulsberry has placed these Bargaining Union Members in a bad situation by not allowing them the right to hear the evidence and use their own judgement. Warden Saulsberry is wants Counselor Kennedy to be the staff member that sanctions my Dad. Warden Saulsberry stated that all Counselor Kennedy does is sit on her ass all day. The Warden is forcing Counselor Kennedy to sanction my Dad because she notarized a document that consisted of Case Manager Gignilliat corruption and abuse. Warden Saulsberry stated to Counselor Kennedy that she could pick and choose who she notarizes for and what she notarizes. Counselor Kennedy refused to take part in the corruption and abuse. These Bargaining Union Members are facing intimidation, coercion and possible fear of retaliation by Warden Saulsberry. She has also threatened to search the Chapel for contraband to set my Dad up. This is not how America is suppose to be and goes completely against everything BOP Director Collette Peters Mission Statement says. All eyes from Congress, The Senate and The Judiciary are watching. The world is also watching. Warden Saulsberry is not only creating a hostile environment for inmates, but she has created a hostile work environment for the staff.
