I addressed the leaders of the G7, the world’s largest democracies.
I thanked them for the past two years. The terrible day of February 24th, and all of the horror brought on by Russia, did not deprive Ukraine of a normal future.
Everyone should remember that imperial ambitions and revanchism can only be defeated alongside those who are infected with them, and that such an outcome paves the way for true security and democratic progress. We now often hear that history is watching, and this is absolutely true.
Leaders know very well what we need to protect our skies and strengthen our troops on the ground, as well as all of the support we need to continue succeeding at sea, and they realize that we need it all on time. We rely on them.
Our leadership is sufficient to keep restoring security. When the world’s leading democracies are truly decisive, their resolve overcomes all challenges.

Swedish Defense Minister Pål Jonson’s visit on this day is a significant demonstration of Sweden’s solidarity with Ukraine.
We discussed the potential for joint arms production as well as future bilateral negotiations on signing a security agreement.
The 15th package announced by the Swedish government recently has become the largest in terms of volume, totaling nearly €700 million. I thank Sweden for its strong and concrete support for Ukraine!

Today I want to thank each and every one of you for the fact that Ukraine has such Heroes. Our land will definitely not face times when someone could force Ukrainians forget their Heroes. Ukrainians will never give up their independence and their own state, and Ukraine will never betray the memory of its own Heroes.
Please be proud of our people who fought in such a way that they became a paragon for generations. And please let everyone in Ukraine remember the cost of preserving our independence.

Today, I met with Bulgarian Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov for, as always, fruitful and practical talks.
I appreciate Bulgaria’s support for our efforts to expand trade flows and restore normal shipping in the Black Sea and Danube regions. It is critical that we maintain normal economic relations despite all of the challenges.
We agreed with Bulgaria to accelerate the development of logistics and infrastructure in our region. Our mutual respect for the principle of good neighborliness will contribute to both countries’ economic growth.

Все, що ми робимо разом для захисту від російської агресії, додає нашим народам реальної безпеки на десятиліття вперед. Чим довше перебувають наші люди в російській неволі, тим складніше їм потім буде повертатись у нормальне життя. Маємо зробити все можливе і неможливе, щоб цей пункт нашої Формули миру, а саме повернення всіх полонених та депортованих, – щоб все це було реалізовано.
Я дякую нашим всім посадовцям, інституціям, які працюють заради повернення українців. Дякую кожному міжнародному посереднику – державам та лідерам. Дуже важливо ні про кого не забути і знайти всіх: військових та цивільних, депортованих дітей, кримських політичних вʼязнів, вивезені сімʼї – всіх треба знайти і повернути.
І обовʼязково треба притягти до відповідальності Росію, кожного воєнного злочинця, всіх причетних до депортації наших людей, до знущань з полонених.
Сказав це, звертаючись до учасників Міжнародної платформи за звільнення незаконно утримуваних РФ цивільних осіб у 10-ту річницю спротиву окупації.

The longer our people are held in Russian captivity, the more difficult it will be for them to return to normal life. We must do everything possible and impossible to ensure that this provision of our Peace Formula, namely the return of all prisoners and deportees, is implemented.
I thank all of our officials and institutions who are working to ensure the return of Ukrainians. I express my gratitude to all international mediators, relevant states, and their leaders.
It is critical not to forget anyone and to find everyone. Military personnel and civilians. Deported children. Crimean political prisoners. Deported families. Absolutely everyone must be found and returned.
In today’s address to the International Platform for the Release of Civilians Illegally Detained by Russia, I emphasized the importance of bringing Russia, each of its war criminals, and all those involved in our people’s deportation and prisoner abuse to justice.
Від 26 лютого 14-го року й до сьогодні дуже багато змінилось, і кожен усвідомлює, який напрямок у цих величезних змін. Ми можемо завершити цю війну на своїх, українських умовах. Можемо повернути з окупації свою землю і людей. Можемо притягти Росію до справедливої відповідальності за скоєне.
Але, щоб це було, ми повинні боротись.
Дякую всім, хто не забуває про Крим, хто допомагає нашим зусиллям щодо Криму. Хто допомагає нашим воїнам. Хто бореться у Криму проти окупантів. Хто не віддає власної душі російському злу. Since February 26, 2014, much has changed, and everyone is aware of how these enormous changes have unfolded. We can put an end to this war on our Ukrainian terms. We can liberate our lands and people from the occupation. We can hold Russia accountable for what it has done. But for this to happen, we must fight.
I am grateful to everyone who does not forget about Crimea and who supports our efforts in Crimea, who helps our warriors, who fights in Crimea against the occupiers, who does not surrender their souls to Russian evil, who helps to free people who have been repressed by the Russian regime, who supports these people and preserves their faith—faith in justice, power, and in Ukraine.
Our absolute priorities are the return of all our captives, the return of all those deported from Ukraine, and the return of Crimean political prisoners. And I am grateful to all of the countries that help us with this.
Today, I took part in a special summit in Paris, a summit of leaders convened by Mr. President of France. The main topic was everything that strengthens us in Europe, our resilience and capabilities. Of course, our arsenals, our ability to produce weapons, the supply of weapons to Ukraine, and the continuity of support.
Everything we do together to defend against Russian aggression adds real security to our nations for decades to come. Because each of Russia’s losses and each of Russia’s defeats teaches Russia and any other enemy of Europe and the free world at large that aggression does not and cannot yield results. Cooperation and determination are the two answers that everyone should give to the question of ending the war and bringing peace closer.

І третє: маємо узгодити абсолютно сучасний моральний договір між суспільством та бізнесом, між державою та бізнесом.

During the «Made in Ukraine» forum, I announced the launch of our new economic platform, and thus a new economic policy. We have already done significant things to modernize and simplify the work of state institutions, to make them contribute to the efficiency of our economy. Now we need to add more tools.
First, the «Made in Ukraine» platform should become a venue for continuous direct dialogue between the state and entrepreneurs.
Secondly, we must do everything possible to ensure that as many Ukrainian enterprises as possible can maintain and scale up their operations. I have instructed the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to come up with several practical steps.
And third, we need to agree on an absolutely modern moral contract between society and business, between the state and business.
