Цей документ підтверджує непохитну підтримку Франції. У 2024 році Франція надасть 3 млрд євро військової допомоги та продовжуватиме надавати підтримку Україні впродовж 10 років дії цієї угоди.
Ми закріплюємо основні безпекові зобов’язання, надані Україні Францією, та визначаємо пріоритетність безпекової співпраці у військовій, політичній, фінансовій і гуманітарній сферах.

In Paris, President Emmanuel Macron @emmanuelmacron and I signed an agreement on security cooperation between Ukraine and France.
This document confirms France’s unwavering support. France will provide €3 billion in military assistance to Ukraine in 2024, and will continue to support our country for the next ten years.
The agreement enshrines France’s key security commitments to Ukraine and prioritizes security cooperation in the military, political, financial, and humanitarian spheres.
I thank the French government and people for their significant support for Ukraine and for standing up for freedom.

Сьогодні ми з Олафом Шольцом @bundeskanzler підписали Угоду про співробітництво у сфері безпеки та довгострокову підтримку між Україною та Німеччиною.
Безпрецедентний документ, що закріплює німецьку підтримку для України на рівні понад 7 мільярдів євро на цей рік. Це зброя, щодо якої вже є конкретні контракти. В угоді зафіксована чітка позиція Німеччини щодо санкцій проти агресора, трибуналу, заморожених активів.
Угода також передбачає механізм екстрених консультацій у разі можливого майбутнього збройного нападу Росії на Україну.
Дякую Німеччині та всьому німецькому народу за солідарність із нашою державою й людьми, за всю підтримку та допомогу.

Today, Olaf Scholz @bundeskanzler and I signed an Agreement on security cooperation and long-term support between Ukraine and Germany.
This is an unprecedented document that guarantees German support for Ukraine in the amount of €7 billion for this year. It envisages weapons delivery under agreed contracts. The agreement also contains Germany’s clear position on sanctions against the aggressor, tribunal, and frozen assets.
The agreement also includes a mechanism for urgent consultations in the event of Russia’s military assault on Ukraine.
I am grateful to Germany and all Germans for their solidarity with our country and people, as well as all the support and assistance.

Today I held several preparatory meetings in the run-up to our international activities. We are now on our way.
Important meetings with partners are planned. There will be new agreements. We are doing everything to make them effective for Ukraine, and I am sure it will be so. We are creating a new security architecture for our country that will help us not just here and now, but in the long run. And this is something that Ukraine has never had, although it has always needed it.
I am grateful to everyone who fights and works for our country and people! Thank you to everyone who helps us!

In Munich, I met with the US Senate delegation and informed senators about Ukraine’s priority defense needs, which include additional artillery systems and ammunition, long-range weapons, electronic warfare equipment, and air defense.
I am grateful to the United States Congress for its bipartisan and bicameral support for our country. Ukraine counts on the United States‘ continued leadership in defending freedom and democracy in Europe and around the world.

It is not the rules that define the world’s life that should remain in the past, but rather such Russia that doesn’t respect the rules should remain in the past. And we can ensure this. Not just by doing something. But by doing everything necessary.
Unfortunately, keeping Ukraine in artificial deficits of weapons, particularly in deficits of artillery and long-range capabilities, allows Putin to adapt to the current intensity of the war. This self-weakening of democracy over time undermines our joint results.
Please, do not ask Ukraine when the war will end. Ask yourself – why is Putin still able to continue it? Let’s not fear Putin’s defeat and the destruction of his regime. Let’s instead – work together to destroy what he stands for. It is his fate to lose, not the fate of the rules-based world order to vanish. And may our world, based on rules, never become the world of yesterday.

Our collaboration continues to merge state and business efforts toward Ukraine’s economic growth. We’ve set a clear list of pressing issues and are actively seeking solutions for each of them.

Europe has learned to build peace, and we must preserve that experience, as well as the European and Atlantic cooperation architecture that serves our collective security.
We must strengthen our alliances and partnerships to ensure that they can protect life in both the present and the future, distinguishing the 21st century from the 19th or 17th, making it a century of peace. A reliable and lasting peace that no revanchist can destroy.
I emphasized this in my speech at the opening of the exhibition ‚Crossroads: Sweden – Ukraine through a 1000 years,‘ which celebrates our countries‘ shared history.

Our meeting with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte was, as always, constructive and fruitful.
I provided @minpres with detailed information about the frontline situation. We discussed further defense support for Ukraine, the need for air defense and artillery, and our teams’ successful work on drafting a bilateral security agreement.
We appreciate the Netherlands’ role in training Ukrainian pilots in Romania and transferring F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine.
