Сьогодні довгоочікуване рішення Євросоюзу – 50 мільярдів євро для України. Програма підтримки. Довготривала – на чотири роки. І це означає: українці мають фінансові гарантії для нашої соціальної стабільності. Рішення ухвалене сьогодні на Європейський раді – на рівні лідерів. Заради нього команда України і наші друзі в Євросоюзі працювали достатньо глибоко та активно – по різних каналах, на різних рівнях.
Європа продемонструвала саме таку єдність, яка потрібна. 27 країн – разом. Інституції Євросоюзу – у повній взаємодії. Вже готуємо міжнародну роботу наступних тижнів. Потрібно ще більше активності заради нашої спільної сили. Не лише України та українців, не лише Європи, а усіх тих у світі, хто прагне стабільності і цінує людське життя. Будуть відповідні формати роботи, будуть нові пакети підтримки України – готуємо деталі.
І головна новина на сьогодні – новина, яку ми всі давно очікували, заради якої ми на різних рівнях місяцями працювали. Результат – в Україну прибули ще дві системи протиповітряної оборони. Всі подробиці, звичайно, не варто говорити публічно. Але системи – які збивають усе. Будемо захищати регіони. Поки систем ще недостатньо для повного захисту України, але працюємо заради цього щодня.

Today, I want to specifically commend your success at sea – the striking of the Russian missile boat. A complex operation in the Donuzlav lake raid – six direct hits by naval drones to the «Ivanovets» boat’s hull. It was powerful. And I thank you for that strength.

The special meeting of the European Council. I am grateful for the decision on the financial instrument for us, for our people, for Ukraine. Ukraine Facility with 50 billion euros for a 4-year period. This is a clear signal that Ukraine will withstand and that Europe will withstand.
It is really important that this decision was taken unanimously by all 27 member states. It is yet another clear sign of strong unity and support of Ukraine.
Europe – today – sends a signal across the Atlantic and the world over that the international rules-based world order will withstand all challenges. Europe sets the tone for global affairs – with its unity. Now this is a fact. And it must remain so.

I hosted OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Malta’s Foreign Minister Ian Borg @borg_ian.
While Malta chairs the OSCE, it is crucial for Ukraine that the organization focuses on the return of our unlawfully deported children and works with other partners to bring them home.
We also appreciate the successful Peace Formula meeting in Malta, which elevated the discussion to a new, high level.

Today the EU has made a long-awaited decision: €50 billion for Ukraine. A support program. A long-term program for four years. This means Ukrainians have financial guarantees for our social stability. The decision was adopted today at the meeting of the European Council – at the level of leaders. The Ukrainian team and our friends in the EU have been working quite thoroughly and actively for this decision – through various channels and at various levels.
Europe has demonstrated exactly the kind of unity that is needed. 27 countries – together. The EU institutions – in full cooperation. This is a clear signal to Moscow that Europe will withstand and that Europe will not be broken by any destructive waves that the Kremlin always comes up with. But at the same time, it is a clear signal across the Atlantic that Europe is taking on commitments. Security commitments. Strong commitments. We are waiting for America’s decisions.
Russian terrorist attacks continue every day and night. Missiles and drones. We shoot down a significant part of them. However, there are still many hits. But it is already January 31. The situation in the energy sector differs fundamentally from last winter. The system has been preserved. We provide Ukrainians with energy. We secure and constantly enhance the protection of energy facilities.
We are reinforcing our sky shield. There is still a long way to go this winter, and there will be Russian terrorist attacks, and the Russians will try to break our defense. We are aware of the threat. And we thank everyone who defends the state. Those who are on combat duty every day and night. The Ukrainian Air Force, all our anti-aircraft gunners, mobile firing groups, every air defense unit, and every warrior in the Defense Forces.
I thank everyone who fights and works for the state. Everyone who helps. And who aligns their interests with everyone else in Ukraine. Successful defense of the state is always a common cause. And Ukrainians know how to overcome difficulties. We will overcome everything! We have already overcome a lot. By realizing our common interests. State interests.

We are preparing for international work in the coming weeks. We need even more activity for our collective strength. Not only for Ukraine and Ukrainians, not only for Europe, but for all those in the world who strive for stability and value human life. There will be corresponding formats of work, and details are being prepared for new support packages for Ukraine.
And the main news today – the news we have all been eagerly anticipating. The news for which we have been working for months on various levels. Here is the result – two more air defense systems have arrived in Ukraine. All the details, of course, should not be discussed in public. But these are systems capable of intercepting anything. We will defend the regions. While the systems are still insufficient for the complete protection of Ukraine, we work towards this goal every day.
