What you say matters. —— Barcelona vs. Orange County: where an eighth grader was sent home for saying the words the world has been chanting, begging for. Y’all we gotta be as brave as these kids at least. BTW there are many genocides happening on this planet right now, and my heart breaks for all the lives lost and families erased. HOW we say things is important but how does advocating for freedom translate to hate speech? I don’t think advocating for human rights should be conflated with antisemitism. I know that I want peace on this planet so badly I haven’t brought children into the world because I’m fearful I won’t be able to protect them. I think my duty is to the children who are here today. I’m afraid of people that believe this post to be anything other than a desperate echo of the collective sob. I stand with my Palestinian friends and my Jewish family. I hold space in my heart for all of the innocent people lost to these wars. I stand for justice and peace so I must stand with people who protest oppression, just like the women who stood here before me, because I believe our liberation is collective. #ceasefirenow Edit 12/1: Comments were disabled due to hate speech. This ancient game has transcended borders, embodying cultural exchange and connection in the Middle East for thousands of years. It was taught to me as a child in Puerto Rico. It all comes back to geography. I’m allowing this carousel represent more than images; it is another reminder of our collective responsibility to advocate for peace, tolerance, and understanding. Let’s use this space for meaningful conversations, remembering that our words echo beyond these screens. Can we create a world where discord yields to dialogue? On this Ep. of Roller Rink ✨Realities✨ we are skating into unified acceptance! A 3 point perspective to increase tolerance of others because we’re family now 🥺 We all desire inclusion. Roller rinks hold a sacred significance to me because this acceptance is part of their essence. Here, we stand on equal ground. So when the rink rules appear biased, we take notice. Experiencing bullying for your beliefs here would be especially difficult. You’d feel like an outsider in a place that promised to celebrate diversity. Instead, it generates a sense of isolation directly challenging the fundamental principles of individuality and acceptance, and ultimately conflicting with the core tenants that roller rinks embody. 1. The Rational Viewpoint: Recognize diversity as a strength, not a division. Acknowledging & respecting differing perspectives or backgrounds, we enrich our collective knowledge & create a more inclusive environment. 2. The Emotional Perspective: Embrace empathy as a guiding force. Understand that every individual’s journey is unique. Allow your understanding of others’ experiences to deepen, fostering a sense of connection and acceptance. 3. Unified Approach: Merge emotional understanding with rational thinking. Blend empathy with an open-minded rationality to create a space where acceptance of others thrives. This balance leads to a harmonious coexistence, celebrating the beauty in our differences. 📹 @jesse.balmer Skate don’t hate. Wish it was all this simple. 📹 @jesse.balmer Skate lessons 🤝 Life Lessons: Leave your baggage in your locker, you can’t be of service to yourself or others if it’s weighing you down. You may think you’re just lacing up your skates but the meditation has already begun. Be gentle, be wild, recover, repeat. 💌 Find whatever it is that helps you heal. 📹 @marcelibarreche 🎶 @rayricci ft. @vi.ayra Simple pleasures are necessary considering how unbelievably difficult it can feel… Shocking how much of a contradiction life (and I) can be. 📹 @jesse.balmer Sunday Worship 📹 video by @jesse.balmer I think a lot about how to help instead of just showing off. I also think that any advice that pertains to skating also applies to life. So let’s talk skate etiquette… Though it’s customary for the faster skaters to pass on the outside lane, we still say a lil sorry if you happen to bump their arm as they’re reaching for the wall. It isn’t anyone’s fault really, so it’s not something anyone on the rink gets upset about but we know it can be scary to be the new skater. We are all here to have fun, and help each other learn… safety makes that possible. De-crim wearing some wrist guards. Try to let go of that wall, you may think she’s helping but she’s just slowing you down, babes. 💌 recognizable even in silhouette 📹 @jesse.balmer I would be such a benevolent rink queen 😌📹 @jesse.balmer authentic 🤝 charming self cuz libra season is here ⚖️ was feeling indecisive about this post but just had to assure you it’s cbg not cigs!!! on a mission to balance life ✨ authentic 🤝 charming self cuz libra season is here ⚖️ was feeling indecisive about this post but just had to assure you it’s cbg not cigs!!! on a mission to balance life ✨ authentic 🤝 charming self cuz libra season is here ⚖️ was feeling indecisive about this post but just had to assure you it’s cbg not cigs!!! on a mission to balance life ✨ TagsAna Coto Previous articleActress Felicia Spencer HD Photos and Wallpapers February 2024Next articleActress Kandi Burruss Tucker HD Photos and Wallpapers February 2024
