#AD Summer can make my sleep out of whack and it can be hard to get back on track, especially as a busy mom and founder. That’s why I’ve added @natrolofficial to my nighttime ritual to help me get my mind and body ready for rest on those nights I need a little extra help. Some of my favorite books of all time are The Power of Vulnerability: Teachings on Authenticity, Connection, and Courage by @brenebrown and Lucinda Bassett’s Attacking Anxiety & Depression. Bedrooms should feel like a sanctuary. That’s why it’s important to take your time and really think about the pieces you want to bring in. I was really intentional about the pieces I chose for my bedroom to make it feel comfy, cozy and like a place of rest. So happy with how this room turned out!
