Autumn Calabrese Instagram – It might look easy….but it’s not! 

My entire body is engaged, the focus is the triceps but core is working, stabilizers are firing, back, shoulders inner thighs are all engaged & working.  This is the what I love about Pilates work.  It requires Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Breath & Flow.  It’s a different kind of burn.  Believe it or not it’s helping me feeling the strongest & most balanced I’ve ever felt.
