Autumn Calabrese Instagram – Winter Harvest Salad 🥗 

Love this salad and all the different flavors & textures   it’s filling.  You can always add protein to it to make it a full meal.  AND the poppyseed dressing is so easy to make, has no additives or preservatives and extremely low in sugar.  You can even use it as a fruit dip 🍎🍓

Everything is perfectly portioned to fuel & nourish your body without leaving you feeling weighed down.

Autumn Calabrese Instagram – We’re less than 3 weeks away from the 10 Year anniversary of the launch of 21 Day Fix!!!! Needless to say it’s been a wild ride, one I could have never dreamed of.  I’ve been reflecting back on the making of that program, what it meant to me, what it’s meant to SO many others & WHY it’s been so impactful. 

Here’s what I can say, trying to lose weight, trying to get in shape, improve your health…it’s just not easy anymore.  There are so many things that come into play, so many ways to do it.  It’s information overload. 

First of all you NEED a plan, something that gives you some structure to follow.  Second, you need that plan to be easy to follow, not so many rules making it so hard that you can’t stick with it.  THATS what 21 Day Fix is, it’s a simple plan that can become a lifestyle.  SIMPLE FITNESS, SIMPLE NUTRITION, FAST RESULTS.  When you start moving your body & fueling it with balanced macros, you start to feel good pretty damn quick! 

I designed the workouts  so that anyone can follow them no matter there fitness level.  The nutrition is customizable for the results YOU want.  I wanted to show people that you don’t have to give up the foods you love.  You can have 🍕 🍝 🍔 🍟 🍷 🍫 and still reach your goals.
