Arrived in Manila a few days ago, here’s what happened so far ❤️
@hertz.ph picked me up from the airport and dropped me off at @rafflesmakatihotel ❤️
Saw @chinitaprincess and had a fun catch up sesh!
Passed by @jhen_hairextensions shop in qc for a new look!
Went upstairs to see @mimsqiu and she made my rockstar nails dream come truuueee ❤️
Was visited by my good friend Martin @eurobrands4less who’s one of my London buddies!
Watched the Rivermaya concert with my brother, Mark.
Was stuck in EDSA in my @hertz.ph rental 😂
Ran into (literally ran into…) @jerichorosalesofficial and @ketchup.eusebio
Had a lovely feast in @mireioatraffles the seafood section is tdf ❤️
Side note, when I went to Achi @mimsqiu i passed my baby girl korona to her 😂❤️👑
And @piacampos visited me on my first night and brought me the best pasalubongs from Bangkok ❤️

#WishYouWereTheOne – Super Ganda.
Yung nag eexpect lang ako to watch a straightforward cute romcom movie mula sa hurt-felt tandem na sina Bela at JC, dahil iniisip ko na this time the two will just be giving us a lighter, easier flick to watch, based sa trailer ng pelikula. Pero anlaki ng pagkakamali ko, because towards the end it became a rollercoaster of emotions with a finale na talagang mapapakapit ka with all those twists and turns! It was shot tastefully. Ito na yung swooniest film, na napanood ko recently.
There’s just something about the film’s visual na ramdam na ramdam mo yung pagmamahal di lang ng mga taong nasa harap ng camera kundi pati na rin yung mga nasa likod nito. Yung script was just written oh so lovely! Walang tapon sa mga linyahan dito. Alam ng pelikula kung kailan magpapasok ng humor at kung kailan ibibigay yung mga dialogues na tatagos sa puso. Maraming gustong talakayin ang pelikula, pero dahil sa napaka husay na script, malinaw na naihatid nito lahat ng mensahe. I was just smiling for most of its first half, then feeling so nervous and so involved sa last act nito.
The dialogue was really absorbing! JC and Bela are so freaking good here! Ito yung matagal ko nang iniintay na Bela, yung ganitong character na bubbly pero may layers. Ipapaalala sa atin muli yung galing ng timing ni Bela sa comedy, pero andun pa din yung mapanakit niyang pagganap, specially sa dulo. Bagay na bagay naman kay JC yung role niya bilang isang nerdy plantito na hopeless romantic pero handang maging matapang at sumugal pagdating sa pag-ibig.
Yung characters nilang sina Astrud at Ellis ay siguradong tatak na sa mga puso ng audience, mainly dahil sa husay ng performance ng dalawang leads. But really, it felt like my words wont be enough to say how good this movie is. I’m just excited for you guys to see it! Hindi kayo mabibigo ng pelikulang ito. I know I’ve written a lot already but also I’m speechless pa rin on how goooood this one is.
