I believe that the simple khichdi is the most effective home remedy for an upset stomach, apart from being my staple comfort food.
It provides the body with protein for strength as well as nutritients to help recovery. Easy to digest, it is the ideal meal if you are unwell.
This is a tip, probably all of us know but I have to emphasize the benefits of having this.
Rice is easy to digest and provides much needed energy when sick.
The chilka moongdal is a protein but with goodness of fibre too.
Haldi is an anti inflammatory, anti bacterial.
Salt is needed to help replinish bodysalts, specially if one has the loosies.
Ghee creates a protective layer on the tender stomach lining so as to reduce the corrosive effect of stomach acids.

Himalayji ki favourite dish! Bahut simple dish hein.. jisme main ingredient pyaar hein.. kyo ki unhe swaad ke anusaar turant pata chalte hein ki kisne banaya hein.😅
Special tip:- Dahi khatta ho, toh swaad aur achha hota hein. Aur dhakaan lagane ke baad, slow flame par usse 10/12minute pakne dijiye taki aloo mein masale ka taste absorb ho jaye.
Yeh quick waali recipe try kar lijiye.. aur aakre(fluffed but crisp) phulke ke saath khaiye.. aur bataiye kaise laga.

Travelling… it doesnt matter if its in a plane, train or car, long hours of sitting can be detrimental. There can be water retention causing your feet to swell up.
