Today is a beautiful day. I want to spend it being grateful. This is an emotional support video compliments of handsome Little Don & Starr here to remind us (and me) that they found a safe landing because of our combined efforts. Not only did they survive the slaughter pipeline as babies, they also were pulled from the brink of illness that would have no doubt kept them from the lifetime of cuddles they are most definitely in store to receive. ❤️

Finally Muddy and his buddies make it to Moon Mountain. The majority of this group is also from the 50 reservation baby directship semi interception. Green tags mean straight to slaughter. Lucky for these babies, that was not their journey. Thanks to a mass bail partnership between @allseatedinabarn and @moon_mountain_sanctuary these babies were not sold for their meat.
Freezing temps and snow held us up this month from pulling our babies out from @equinesportsmedicineesm overflow in Texas but now we have nice weather and these babies have almost doubled in size😳 it’s crazy what just a little care can do for a growing baby. Game changers. Muddy and 4 other boys in this group have been gelded. Vaxed wormed and passed through their strangles phase. We are still keeping them separate from other babies but mainly in the aim of starting their gentling process. We will let them settle for a week then the “plan” is to get to school. We all know about plans though don’t we lol. Come hell or high water, these youngsters will learn to trust a human and come to realize we all aren’t that bad. In fact some of us truly care and make it our mission to bridge a connection in the aim of understanding each other. We will love them, shower them in kindness and fill their belly’s as the night sky blankets them in stars and a forest boundary sings songs of a wild birth and a mother by their side that would nuzzle them to sleep like a lullaby.
To offer these souls a chance at a life with a family that can protect it, We will trade in the currency of pressure and release to find a common ground and to let them know it is possible to understand each other. The peace from feeling heard is a priceless gift. This is our Mission here on the Moon 🌙

SAVED** Orphan baby rescue. His mom was loaded and is on her journey to Mexico as I type this. I hate myself for not just putting her on our transport. I can’t stop the tears for her. I cannot leave him in that place. Please donate now and I will have him picked up as soon as we have enough. I cannot stand this game.
