First few sessions I’ve actually really surprised myself in my strength. Esp upper body (must be carrying car seats for ages) im lifting now what i did at the end of the last 12 weeks I did in 2017 🤟🏼
It’s proven to me what consistency can do. It doesn’t have to be full on every time, but keeping consistency has helped massively. I’m loving being accountable again and I’m enjoying having that small bit of routine for myself. We’ve planned the sessions around Gorks being a judge and Mia’s school clubs so it’s by no means as easy as 2017 was 😂 BUT the end result will still be 1000% worth it! In fact, mentally it’s already worth it because I feel Great!
