I chose this picture because this is how I remember her from my childhood. I chose CLIP BECAUSE When I saw it earlier this year, I realized for thr first time what she REALLY was about. SO BLESSED I got to sit next to her at an @oprah event and chat. On that same evening … later … she said something to me that, to this day .. I hope she turns out to be right about … I cant tell you what she said .. … but maybe one day. REST IN POWER! My take aways from Tina’s life:
1. Find your sweet spot and be yourSELF!
2. Anything is possible!
3. It’s a big world out there, you never know when or where you’ll find Love.

I finally found one of our pictures! Being in the industry ruined the idea of having celebrity crushes ~ once you meet people and the energy dont match … well you get it. Then theres the rare person who has energy so beautiful that they just make you swooooooon. Harry Belafonte was a JOY to behold. This day I asked him ~ who his hero was … He said Paul Roberson and that sent me down a rabbit hole and I understood ~ why he was so dignified and involved. This world is better for you being here including me. RIP to my real one and only ever celebrity crush. #harrybelafonte

All i knew is, I’d finally captured this story I wanted to tell, about how I never fit it and how i’d learned … THAT WAS MY SUPER POWER!
I KNEW! id FINALLY created my first SINGLE.
I told @kedarmassenburg (I Have my first single) and he said LET ME BE THE JUDGE OF THAT!

From the end of 2019 to Literally Yesterday, I’d been feeling profoundly disillusioned and for that reason, pulled in and protective of myself.
I’m starting to see a path forward to creating again … and so … I’m the girl using @posca_usa paint pens to write (not draw ~ tho i’ve been doing THAT TOO) on water color paper ~ beneath the Virgo Full moon @noburestaurants
All the smiles are coming back.
