How much the world would change since 1999 when @carlosbroady askded me to choose a sample to build a track around. And I tapped @_shannonsanders to help me with the lyrics.

The year 2000 in Nashville Tennessee

All i knew is, I’d finally captured this story I wanted to tell, about how I never fit it and how i’d learned … THAT WAS MY SUPER POWER!

I KNEW! id FINALLY created my first SINGLE.
I told @kedarmassenburg (I Have my first single) and he said LET ME BE THE JUDGE OF THAT!
I KNEW he was going to agree!

and he did!
We ALL DID

and Now ALL THESE YEARS LATER

A dream I never KNEW TO DREAM, we didn’t even HAVE social media back then. No ipods. iphones. NUNNATHAT

And now This..

I made it in 7 months (UNHEARD OF FOR ME my albums take years)

after spending 3 years on my only UNRELEASED album (Open Door) ~

This album has so MOMEEEENNTTTS!

I AM LIGHT! BREAK THE SHELL! BROTHERS KEEPER! COCOA BUTTER!!! ONE! ….

and the song that made me cry like NO OTHER “Life I Know” … this song means so MUCH TO ME.
