Now 10 weeks post partum I’ve been cleared to do more weights and though my core is still weak, and I’m a bit wobbly it feels so good to be back at it “slowly”. For me i just mentally am glad to be back in the gym. It’s more important than any muscle. Also thankful for @houseofpamelyn and her program. Dm her to get started !
