2023 was just plain disrespectful.
Every month something happened that I thought would be the end of me, but here we are. Still holding on. Here’s a shout out to everyone that held on as tight as they could as we got tossed around in this mess and thankful for those friends who let me fall on you and held me down when I was about to fly away. Sorry if I kneed you in the face in the process.
Always pay attention to the signs. Sometimes the sign is a literal sign. I could not resist grabbing a snap on Dolores Roach Street in Gran Canaria (Calle Dolores de la Rocha) as a reminder of impermanence. All things are temporary and constantly changing. Have compassion towards yourself and others as they too are changing and temporary. Just like we don’t know the fate of the great characters of @thehorrorofdoloresroach show, we don’t know the fate of our lives so do the best you can, do what you love, be kind, be careful, dont be afraid. This too shall pass.

You most probably have been mentally, verbally, or physically harmed more than once in your life. If you can remember all of those harmful things that happened to you, without having any harmful thoughts towards those who harmed you, that is forgiveness.

When departing becomes arriving. 35 days on the road complete. With the crazy weather to match how surreal it all was. It’s been a trip. For real. Eternally grateful to my @brujeria_oficial family, friends and fans for another successful run and memories that will last forever. Thanks to all the friends who made an effort to come out to the shows. It was amazing collecting all the long overdue hugs from you. Topped it off spending some precious time watching my love Tomas and the @meshuggah crew reach new heights for the last week. I am truly grateful to be living a life where everyone I know is making their dreams come true and just getting better and better and what they do. It is awe inspiring
Although I do sleep really well on a tour bus, the King and I will be spending the next 20 hours or so in our bed. All today plans are cancelled. 😴
We will be enjoying New York for the Holidays. Hope we get to catch up with you soon
