Jo Frost Instagram – Many of you parents worldwide are raising and mentoring these children. They need to be held accountable but they need to be held. Their knowing is a superpower that needs to be protected, so that it will never feel a burden.
They need to process, so need parents who can learn to adapt an support them with patience and acceptance. They need lots of giggle time and freedom to express who they are from within for it is that truthful integrity, that authenticity that is going to be profound one day.

Now just imagine if everybody saw Every child as such with respect,look at the society they would live in. We have a duty to do right by our children,whether it’s raising them, inspiring them, teaching them or merely being the ones they see in their daily lives. Smile when you see a child, show compassion because you are apart of how they see & feel about the world. Jo xx 🤍

Do you have respect for yourself.
Do you have integrity with your words and actions.

Do you hold yourself accountable.
Do you uphold your boundaries.

Do you mean what you say and say what you mean….

Do you treat your children like the whole equal human beings they are.

Do you consider their opinions like you consider your own.

Do you speak to them with dignity and kindness.

Respect isn’t lost in one day, it’s a consistent build up of interactions that diminish the admiration that once stood tall as an example.
