Duty of care requires proffesionals like myself and resources like child services to be mindful of the subtle signs that show when a child is living in or being neglected and a parent needs the extra help they may feel too much pride to ask for. Here is what you can immediately do: Keep your fridge clean Your child’s bedding washed every 2 weeks. Towels every week Bathrooms cleaned  The home Toys. Clothes Nails, toes, hair, teeth etc. You get what I’m saying here. I know teachers do because they see it. No excuses parents, go dollar store if you need to to buy soap.
