An aspect of my life people rarely get a glimpse of and I also only have these 2 photos of my student life 🤣 because when I am studying my phone is on airplane mode, or its very early in the morning and I am still in pyjamas and dont know where my phone is or Im doing my assignments in the car. Why? Because I dont have the luxury of time. I have to allocate 3 hours every morning & 2 hours at night to complete 4 assignments, 10 chapters to read each subject, hours of research and reading articles and hours more preparing for exams.
My student life is a mix of ugh its so hard, then getting straight A’s then suddenly failing a subject (once, never happened before and insyallah wont happen again, I learned my lesson, never take assignment submission for granted) and also a feeling of accomplishment but most of all – character building.
I often get asked why? For what? Whats the purpose? You are already working. When will u use these qualifications?
Honestly, being educated – at least for me is not for the sole purpose of using that qualification for monetary or corporate career gain.
To me, its;
🍀 Character building, teaching myself to empty my cup every semester even though I think I already know everything about a subject, this applies to a lot of aspect in my life – “I know this but Im gonna empty my cup and listen.” Even if I dont learn anything new, I gave my full attention and respect to the person who is teaching. Something I didnt have in the past. Humility.
🍀 Broadening my perspective – in literally everything, every subject, every situation. I used to be tunnel visioned, everything has 1 way. I learned to force myself to learn something I am familiar with in a new perspective. Been to 1 marketing class? Go to 10 more. Read 1 book on finance? Now study 10 more.
🍀 The more I learn, the more I realise there is so much I DONT KNOW.
🍀 Respect. Both for myself and others. We dont see eye to eye? No problem. I respect you anyway.
Thats it for now. If I go on, its going to be 3 parts long of all the reasons I study. Shoutout to all my working students 😘 I feel you

Going through my gallery to make space and found these. I deleted all my non-hijabi photos, so I only have these. I am very very lucky to have experienced all sort of characters and I am looking forward to what the future brings especially as an Actress.
I spent the last 1 year managing and finding time for so many different areas in my life. Adjusting to being a wife, balancing studying and a new business launching soon and managing a friend’s studio is all new and exciting.
In the past my seniors always say once you feel the magic on set, you can never leave. I know what they mean now. I am missing set already 🫠 cant wait for the next script!

I pernah tertinggal my prada wallet 🤣 car keys 🤣 phone berjuta kali lah 🤣 ipad. Gosh. U name it. Semua barang penting sentiasa tertinggal kat public toilet and ALWAYS ada lagi bila patah balik hours later 🥺🥹
Kalau call PIC confirm hilang. Based on experience. Most of the time hilang. Taubat tak nak tertinggal barang dah. Semua masuk bag 🤣 Thank god for a super cool husband – tak pernah marah if I tertinggal something. So far alhamdullilah, jarang jarang dah berlaku.
