Justine Ezarik Instagram – Little break from tech 😂 I had the absolute best time this weekend with over 250 other women at the @alchemizefightwear jiu jitsu camp in San Diego! It was so fun to have this many ladies to train with and we all got a chance to learn from some of the best in the game! Thanks to @maya.nazareth and her awesome Alchemize team for coordinating @raquelpaaluhi @kbjiujitsu @paige.ivette and @amandabruse.bjj for their incredible seminars. I was pretty terrified before getting there because I didn’t know anyone else going but it turns out almost 80% of the women there came alone! We all left with new friends and training partners across the US! If you’ve ever wanted to try a martial arts and you’ve been too scared.. great, that’s the first step 😂 Now get on Google to find some local gyms, try out a few and find one that fits your vibe. Give it at least 6 months because it takes awhile to figure things out and ngl.. those first few months kinda suck lol. Hope to see some of you try it out!! And if you think you’re too old / out of shape / whatever other excuse you’ve got.. you’re not.. I promise 🤗
