In an live Open announcement rematch, @katrintanja and @sarasigmunds flew through reps of 65-lb thrusters and double-unders in Open Workout #17point1.
Although Davidsdottir led through most of the 10 rounds, Sigmundsdottir came back in the final one, forcing Davidsdottir to push the pace.

It’s the power of taking it one step at a time!!

The CrossFit community held the power to choose the final Open workout of 2018, voting between previous Open Workouts 11.6, 13.5, or 14.2.
Seven minutes of ascending reps of thrusters and chest-to-bar pull-ups — 11.6 — won.

it’s giving me ✨ goosebumps ✨ that the 2024 season is almost here! Ahhh 🤭 nothing quite like standing on that start mat, waiting for the buzzer to go off. I am so excited to be back out there, competing against the best in the world & seeing how far I can push myself.
