@the__tomwalsh and I recently travelled to Uganda with @worldvisionnz to see first-hand how Kiwis are supporting girls to fight for their rights and break free from poverty for good.
Over the next few weeks, I’m going to share this amazing journey. I’ll introduce you to some awesome young women who have hope for the future thanks to Kiwis like you, including a young woman who escaped child marriage and our beautiful sponsored child.
But I also met many girls who are still facing the realities of child marriage, violence and injustice in their lives.
